BTLED students perform Laboratory Activities under Culinary Arts
From the time of the implementation of limited face-to-face, CTE’s BTLED Department, headed by Mme. Jennalyn P. Barongan, has grabbed the opportunity in using authentic strategies of assessment by means of Laboratory Activities under their subject of Culinary Arts.
The creativity of the learners was expressed by preparing sandwiches and fruit carving inside the newly renovated BTLED Laboratory, following the minimum health protocols, they also strictly observed proper sanitation and cooking standards in food preparation.
In succor and supervision were the Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education pool of faculty members viz: Mme. Jennalyn P. Barongan (Program Chairperson), Mme. Aileen Catungal, Mme. Marisol Cano and Mr. Jopet Caguioa together with Dr. Cristina L. Javier (CTE Dean) and Dr. Marie Claire B. Briones (CED).
