The “Onsite Sale of Second-hand Items: Fundraising Event for Typhoon Odette Survivors” took place on March 7, 2022, at the PSU Lingayen Campus Open Grounds under the leadership of Prof. Celeste T. Mercado, the Director of Student and Alumni Affairs.
Dr. Francis Albert Argente, the Director of Extension Services, and Hon. Christian Madarang, the FSG President, also delivered brief speeches during the opening ceremony. Student organizations from different campuses banded together to manage the booth and practice their entrepreneurial skills. They relished the opportunity to communicate with others while demonstrating their business capabilities.
The funds generated from this event will provide valuable assistance to the victims of Typhoon Odette. This event is made possible through the collaboration with Globe Telecom, Inc.
