The program focused on creating bread-based products using locally grown papaya, okra, and tomatoes. This hands-on training introduced participants to sustainable and profitable food processing techniques, offering new opportunities to turn local produce into viable products. In doing so, the program promoted the use of homegrown ingredients while enhancing the community’s entrepreneurial and livelihood capabilities.
