CAFETERIA
The cafeteria was built as a welfare facility for students and university employees. The cafeteria becomes a very busy place during lunchtime. It can accommodate close to 500 people. The cafeteria is open from 8 a.m. to 5p.m. Meals are reasonably priced with budget meals to choose from. It is a self-service restaurant with an open buffet and various types of food and drinks are available throughout the day to meet the nutrition needs of students and university staff. Other than a place for meals, the cafeteria also serves as a place for students to simply spend time socializing with their friends during breaks or between classes.
BOOKSTORE
Bookstore is an institutionally owned retail operation within the University. All the nine campuses have university bookstore outlets. The outlet exists to provide the academic community convenient access to the materials they need for academic and office pursuit. It continuously strives to provide academic goods and services for the accomplishment of academic goals and meeting or exceeding client satisfaction. It has everything you need, from course materials and supplies to PSU branded merchandise such as uniform, t-shirts, jogging pants among others. Shop with convenience at the University Bookstore.
INTERFAITH ROOM
Places of worship for religious observance is being provided to the various sects and religions of the diverse PSU academic community. This shows the University’s high regard to the various faiths and beliefs and promotes spiritual support for all students and staff. We also recognize that there may be occasions when some students and employees are unable to attend due to the need to observe religious festivals. The multi-faith prayer room is important to uphold the dignity and respect for students and employee’s faith and prayer.

SUPPORT CENTER
PSU is taking steps to increase admission for students belonging to the minority groups. The University made available the Support Center for Minority Groups to listen and take action on their issues and concerns. Services provided in the center include mental health awareness, social and cultural events and even assistance on scholarships or donating to causes that make higher education more obtainable for those belonging to the group of minorities. The center also helps the students to connect to organizations in which they are interested to join and give a sense of community, strive for academic excellence and give back to the community. Mentoring and coaching sessions are also available.
EDUCATION FOR ALL
CAMPUS CLINIC
The campus clinic provides both medical services. It assures, promotes, develops, and maintains every student’s and employee’s health and well-being. The campus clinic staff conducts annual medical check-ups of both students and employees and disseminates vital health information through unit circulars and announcements. In the course of campus disinfection, the medical personnel in partnership with the City Health Office and LGU pay heed to services and assistance. PSU-SC Campus Clinic is a haven as it offers a multitude of services for every PSUnian and its clients.
DORMITORY
In the attainment of academic excellence, PANGASINAN STATE UNIVERSITY – San Carlos City Campus, perpetually upholds the students’ needs and services in the provision of a campus dormitory that bestows sundry benefits towards the welfare of the students in achieving individual academic success.
One of the advantages of the PSU- SC Campus Dormitory is the opulence of convenience germane to its prime location. This uproots the nuisances of transportation time, expenses, lessened leisure for the resting hours, and inconvenience in preparation to attend classes.
Since the dormitory is close to the university, students will not be expeditiously encompassing the effort of attending their class in time. They economize themselves as regards their transportation time and expenses. Besides, they can have the luxury of time to rest sufficiently preliminary to preparing for going off to the university.
Ideally, the PSU- SC Campus Dormitory initiates the students’ independence. In consequence, the transition to independence is onerous since the valuable separation of them from their families is evident. Emphatically, enriching the students’ university experience, the Campus Dormitory is also a cause of action to exhibit socialization. Sharing a space establishes acquaintances relevant to the development of social skills by learning and coping with diverse cultural backgrounds. Both discrimination and prejudice occurrences are slipped through the net.
Hence, the PSU- SC Campus Dormitory predisposed the forethought of fostering the academic growth of the students in the utilization of amenities such as well-ventilated rooms, durable beds with the inclusion of foam, ultra-clean comfort rooms, a built-in kitchen, and a good water flow rate.
At the present time, almost a thousand out of 1,500 rooms are occupied by the diligent and promising PSUnians.
Further, being in possession of the PSU- SC Campus Dormitory is the students’ sanity in the safety and security arrangements manifested in the incorporation of 24-hour Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) networks, and 12-hour shifts of security guards.

PSU SAN CARLOS COVERED COURT SPORTS CENTER

PANGASINAN STATE UNIVERSITY – San Carlos City Campus, perpetually caters to the students’ needs and services in the provision of a campus multipurpose covered court that bestows sundry benefits towards the welfare of the students in achieving individual academic success and excellence.
Through the years, PSU-SCC Multipurpose Covered Court has been the haven and training ground for the diligent Golden Lions who are physically inclined to sports activities, like the sport which PSU-SCC is known for the Sepak Takraw.
From its humble resource-use and efficiency, the campus-covered court is the molder of sports victors and champions from varied physical activities or competitive games. Not to mention, PSU-SCC supremacy on sepak takraw is seen in its players and achievements. It’s been six years since the PSU-SCC Team Sepak Takraw started and began to flourish.
To boot, the campus-covered court is an eyewitness and spectator of the sports prowess of the PSU-SCC Sepak Takraw team when they notched six (6) Gold Medals in Regional SCUAA, Silver Medal, Best ReguNational SCUAA players, and 2019 Qualifier in the Inter-Campus Athletic Meet (ICAM), which has been an inspiration for every Golden Lion who aims to be part of the ace squad and prime troupe.
Further, the existence and provision of the covered court help the campus to maximize the conduct of campus academic and sports activities and learning outcomes, especially during the unprecedented courses.
