At Pangasinan State University’s San Carlos Campus, a lively and dynamic environment has emerged as staff and students come together for a Zumba fitness program that aims to foster community, unity, and health.  

PSU SCC employees niching Zumba happening every Friday right after Flag Lowering Ceremony is spearheaded by the SSC officers in cooperation with the assigned unit, College of Hospitality Management, Business Administration and Computing for the whole month of March. 

As participants continue to groove and grow together, this program demonstrates how a simple dance can be a powerful tool for strengthening friendships and improving general well-being. It’s evident that at Pangasinan State University – San Carlos Campus, the unity and well-being of students and faculty members are as important as academic excellence, and the Zumba fitness program is paving the way for a brighter, healthier future.
