COMPUTER LABORATORY ROOM

The campus computer laboratory rooms are situated at the second floor of the New Academic Building managed by the IT faculty. The campus computer laboratories house almost a hundred of computers accoutered with software applications for varied functionalities and purposive usability. These innovative academic technologies purport to help every PSUnian learn, work with software programs, develop their computer literacy skills, secure assignments, and interact with their instructors.

HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT LABORATORY

Situated on the third floor of the campus New Academic Building, HM laboratory rooms are designed with the new and state-of-the-art facilities and accouterments from its kitchen, front office, dining, bar, suite, and functional rooms that provide a wide array of learning in the field of hospitality management supervised by the adept educators from the different fields of specialization. HM labs were built to help students in learning the utilization of food science in hotel management that standardizes food security, professional services, and management. The laboratories prepare and hone every PSUnian’s skills in becoming top-tier HM professionals through holistic HM instructions.

BTLED LABORATORY

A stalwart of livelihood and technology education, the BTLED laboratory provides students mastery skills in sewing, cooking, culinary arts, and home economics using technological and resource-based instruction that entails skill training initiatives.

The laboratory is a haven of learning for every PSUnian as it provides an opportunity for basic education teaching and learning processes designed to respond to the need of the BTLED students viz mastering the construction of sewing patterns which is one of the important skills in Clothing Construction. Under culinary arts, students can perform various cocktail mixing techniques. Through the use of cooking equipment in the laboratory students can navigate the essentials of sandwich making. Students can also exhibit mocktail making by using tropical ingredients and sewing machine techniques are properly and safely being taught for the students to familiarize the different parts of it.

AGRICULTURE LABORATORY

The agriculture laboratory is built as a vital part of the institution’s four-fold functions. For instruction and research, students are being taught with various agricultural research techniques and experimentations such as fertilizers, plant tissue culture, compost and manure, water crop consumption, animal rumination, and environmental analytics that encompass some training that can be proffered to the community through extension and be able to produce viable results under production.

Moreover, the laboratory enlivens the learning of students in which agriculture is observed in different facets like as an art, science, and practice of soil cultivation, production of crops, and livestock management.
