Days are transitory, but a beguile stretch of campus is staying well-lit at night, hat tip to the installation of new solar-powered lights.

The said solar-powered lampposts were situated at the adaxial part of the New Building, equidistant routeway of College of Agriculture, and at the posterior way of the campus.

This is made possible by the initiative of Dr. Marie Claire B. Briones (Campus Executive Director) in coordination with Mr. Renato Ferrer (Administrative Officer), the Utility Personnel, and Mr. Charlie Benavidez (Physical Plant & Facilities, Coordinator).

Thus, Dr. Briones accentuated that this is just the start of promoting campus safety and sustainability through solar lighting and sowing the seeds of executive leadership inspired by the visionary, Dr. Dexter R. Buted.
