Dr. Marmie R. Poquiz presented her research paper entitled “ Quality Services Management in Tourism and Hospitality” during the 1st International Annual Convention and Research Forum organized by the Council of Hotel and restaurant Educators of the Philippines (COHREP) held last January 30,32 and February 1, 2020 at Mecure Hotel, Nusa Bali Indonesia.
