First-year BSIT students Chris Mark Aquino, Justine Joseph Uson, and Army Catungal placed as 2nd runner-up in the 25th National Statistics Month Provincial Statistics Quiz, which was held on October 16, 2014. The group beat more than ten (10) tertiary schools in the province of Pangasinan. The team was mentored by Mr. Hernando Abalos. The awarding ceremony commenced at the Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, Pangasinan, where the team received medals and cash incentives worth P1,500.
